关于海南大学陈刚教授来校讲学的通知

应数学与计算科学学院、广西应用数学中心（Beat365中国唯一官方网站）及广西高校数据分析与计算重点实验室邀请，海南大学陈刚教授将于2025年12月27日来校讲学，欢迎全校师生踊跃参加。报告具体安排如下：

讲座摘要：In this talk, we introduce recent progress in classifying Schur rings (S-rings) over specific infinite groups, a topic bridging algebraic combinatorics and group theory. Building on mature results for finite groups, extending classifications to infinite settings faces unique challenges due to the lack of finiteness conditions. We focus on key infinite groups like infinite cyclic and locally finite groups, highlighting adapted analytical methods. Related topics including S-ring isomorphism and connections to association schemes, as well as open questions for future research, are also addressed.

报告人简介：陈刚，海南大学教授，博士生导师。2005年获得武汉大学理学博士学位，导师樊恽教授。陈刚教授的主要研究兴趣集中在有限群及其表示理论及相关的代数组合结构，并且他和美国、俄罗斯等国相关领域的专家开展了深入的合作研究。陈刚教授到目前为止共发表相关SCI论文40余篇，共主持完成6项国家自然科学基金项目，目前有1项国家自然科学基金面上项目在研。
